Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@silvienne.com immediately with your order number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
