These Terms of Service govern use of the Silvienne online store and purchases made through it. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on the store.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

Product information and safe use

We work to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Display colors can vary by device. The Silvienne Electric Foot Smoother is for external use on clean, completely dry feet only. Keep the device and power cable away from water. Do not use it on broken, irritated, infected, or inflamed skin, and stop if discomfort occurs. People with diabetes, poor circulation, or another foot condition should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, information appears inaccurate, inventory is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or a pricing or technical error occurred. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Silvienne branding, store design, original copy, graphics, photographs, videos, and other original content may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without written permission, except where applicable law permits.

Third-party services

The store may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.

Disclaimer and limitation

Except for rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the store and products are provided subject to the descriptions and policies stated at the time of purchase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silvienne is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from misuse of a product, unauthorized modification, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
