We're so confident in the Silvienne PDRN + Copper Peptide Firming Serum that we guarantee you'll love your results. If you're not completely happy, you can request a full refund within 90 days of delivery — no questions asked.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email support@silvienne.com with your order number within 90 days of delivery. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization can't be processed.
OPENED PRODUCTS
Yes, the guarantee covers opened and used products. For hygiene reasons, we can't resell opened skincare, so in most cases we'll refund you without asking you to ship it back. We may ask a few questions about your experience to help us improve.
UNOPENED PRODUCTS
Unopened items can be returned within 90 days of delivery. We'll send you a free prepaid return label to: Silvienne, 11 E Walton St, Chicago, IL 60611, United States.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email support@silvienne.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
BUNDLES
For bundle orders (e.g. Buy 1 Get 1 Free), the guarantee applies to the full order. If you're not happy after trying the first bottle, contact us and we'll refund the whole bundle.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
The 90-day guarantee applies to your first subscription order. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date from your account (Manage Subscription) or by emailing support@silvienne.com. Charges already processed for orders that have shipped are not refundable after the 90-day guarantee period, but you can cancel to stop all future charges.
REFUNDS
Once your refund is approved, we'll email you a confirmation. The refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it to your account.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email support@silvienne.com as soon as possible.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order ships to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
